Imani is the vessel in which Faith Forward LLC has been birthed. Her journey to coaching and consulting came out of her lived experience in the world and in the work. She is driven by faith, purpose-fulfillment and service.
She leverages the essence of faith to coach and consult faith-increasing leaders and organizations. She brings more than 10 years of experience in the social impact, community development, and education sectors. As a social impact & equity strategist, she has partnered with organizations to craft and implement initiatives that benefit their internal and external constituents. With coaching, Imani has worked with executive leaders on their respective leadership development goals and served as an advisor for navigating organizational culture change to achieve an optimal workplace. An experienced operations manager and programmatic leader, her clients find great value in her systems oriented & visionary acumen as she drives individual and collective results.
