FAQs

What do you mean by faith-increasing?

We work with leaders and organizations that are seeking to achieve growth beyond the bottom-line. In our terms, to be faith-increasing means that you believe in greater than yourself and are committed to embracing the actualization of faith and work.

Do I have to identify as Christian to work with you?

No. Our values and vision are driven by faith. Our founder is a Christian. As much as we encourage you to gauge if we are a good fit, we will do the same during our consultations. We want to ensure there is mission and vision alignment.

What is the difference between coaching and counseling?

Coaching focuses on where you are presently and where you are headed, with a goal of helping you gain clarity about your vision, eliminate obstacles to your success, accelerate the pace of personal growth and achieve results that empower you to live your best life – professionally and personally. While coaching is forward-focused, counseling tends to deal more with past issues in which you may find yourself stuck and struggling. If your past is an issue, counseling is your best option. If your past is simply a fact (regardless of whether the circumstances were difficult or negative), you are probably ready for coaching.

What happens during a coaching session?

Each session is tailored to the client and will vary based on individual needs. At the onset, we will discuss what you are committed to accomplishing through our work together and we will begin to create a plan to achieve your goals. I will give you an action plan to help direct your progress. We will work together to acknowledge obstacles, explore alternate perspectives and celebrate successes. At the conclusion of each session, we will revisit your goals and evaluate the next steps that are needed to achieve these results.

How often will we meet?

In the beginning of our journey together, we will agree on a schedule that best fits your needs. Sessions usually run for 45 minutes - 1 hour. The frequency of sessions will be revisited at the end of the agreed upon period.
